We're inviting you to play and stay in our "Outdoor Paradise". Take in our great food and lodging to round our your whole experince.
In January, 1997, we added a comfortable, separate dining room with its own large fieldstone fireplace.
And don't forget our Wisconsin tradition...We have the best Friday Night Fish Fry in the area!


Breakfast Menu

Breakfast Served Saturday 8 a.m.-11 a.m. and Sunday 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Mornings Only.

COUNTRY BREAKFAST--Two eggs any style, bacon or sausage, or ham, hash browns, toast and jelly .

BUTTERMILK PANCAKES--Three large buttermilk pancakes served with choice of ham, bacon or sausage.  With butter and maple syrup.

OUTFITTERS OMELETTE--Fluffy three egg omelette with choice of ham, bacon, or sausage, onions, mushrooms, peppers, choice of Wisconsin cheddar or swiss cheese, plus hash browns.

FRENCH TOAST--Thick slices of French toast served with choice of sausage, ham or bacon.

HUNTER’S BREAKFAST--Three fresh country eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, toast and jelly .

APPETIZERS

Beaver Dam--Our heaping mound of homemade onion rings.  Half Mound or Full Mound.

Texas Toothpicks--Fresh cut onions and jalapeno peppers, lightly battered, and seasoned with cayenne and black pepper.

Curds--Lightly breaded and deep fried

Garden Vegetable Basket--A nice selection of mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower and broccoli breaded and deep fried to a golden brown and served with ranch dressing.

Chicken Caesar--Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed in caesar dressing topped with sliced grilled chicken.

Cranberry Smoked Turkey--A mix of smoked turkey, swiss, cranberries and pecans ona mix bed of greens.

Tossed Salad--Mixed greens with tomato, cucumbers and choice of dressing.

Chicken Ranch Salad--Grilled chicken on crisp mix greens tossed with bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, and Ranch dressing.

Chicken Fajita Salad--Sauteed chicken with peppers, onions, salsa and cheddar cheese served on a bed of mix greens.

Soup and Sandwich--Smoked Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, BLT, and Turkey Salad.

Big Mecan--Grilled triple decker sandwich with roast beef, bacon, ham, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and dijon mayonnaise.

The Outdoorsman--Classic Cristo-style sandwich with ham, smoked turkey and swiss cheese, stacked between three slices of bread, batter dipped and grilled golden brown.

The Explorer--Shaved beef, mushrooms, onion, pepper, and swiss cheese served on a toasted Kaiser with au jus.

The Paddler--Smoked turkey & bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and salsa mayonaise wrapped in a garlic herb tortilla shell.

Crab Stuffed Rainbow Trout--Idaho rainbow trout generously crab stuff and broiled.

Alaskan Sockeye Salmon--6 oz. salmon filet lightly seasoned with lemon & dill and baked to perfection.
